I learn so many things from my clients about the importance of meeting YOUR needs and LISTENING to YOUR body.

1. -Last month,  a new client was relieved when I told her that she could be fully clothed during her massage.  She said it felt better and more comfortable to her.
   

1. -A long term client came in and wasn’t feeling physically great.  She was surprised when we modified her session and “banked” the time left over from her 90 minute rub for another session.
   

-Another client wanted to learn about self-care techniques to relieve muscle tension and stress, so we took 15 minutes after her session to practice things she could do at home.
